We can help with all your Swimming Pool Problems, from pool pump problems to swimming pool chemistry or cracked pool plaster.

NOISY EQUIPMENT- Do you have to turn off your pool equipment every time you BBQ in the back yard to keep the noise down.
CLOUDY WATER - A correctly maintained pool water should be crystal clear.
SKIN PROBLEMS -Does your skin itch every time you use your pool, if your pool is chemically balanced correctly, this should not happen.
STAINS -Stains on the walls and floor, these can be removed without having to empty the entire pool, provided they are not too deep and are corrected swiftly.

GREEN POOL - Having a green that turns green, is a common problem, and it's down to the swimming pool chemistry, don't let your pool turn green, have it maintained by a professional.
A green pool occurs due to a lack of care and not using the correct chemicals. If you have a green pool, it's because it's not been looked after correctly. If you have a pool service and the pool is looking cloudy or slightly green, it will not be long before it is out of control, unless your pool service acts quickly to balance the water and clear up the problem.
If your pool gets this green, then no amount of chemical is going to put it right. The only way is to drain the pool and start again. Once the pool has drained, you will probably also find that there are stains that difficult to remove without using specialist chemicals. An acid wash is usually carried out under these circumstances to ensure the final result is a clean, fresh pool.
INCORRECT CHEMICALS
Can cause Cloudy or Green Pools

Pool water needs to be balanced and kept at the perfect settings. If your chemicals are out of balance, then it may cause a health hazard.
If the water balance becomes aggressive, etching on the pool surfaces and corrosion can occur. Causing excessive wear on filers, heaters, and pump systems.

Scaling water causes mineral deposits on tiles, surfaces, and inside the plumbing and pool equipment, using the correct chemical balance, scaling does not occur.

Having balanced water means that the water has the correct level of mineral saturation, so it doesn't pull them from your pool walls, which can add years to your pool finish. Balanced water will also not drop minerals out of solution where it forms calcium scales on your tiles and surfaces. The Ph in balanced water must remain steady to prevent corrosiveness and prolong your pool equipment.
We make sure that your water balance is perfect each time we visit your property. We check for not only pH but alkalinity and calcium hardness, we then take all these measurements and make sure your pool is receiving the correct amount of chemicals to ensure a perfect pool status.
Circulation of water is also a factor, even water that is correctly balanced can still turn cloudy or form algae if there is insufficient circulation. If your pool pump is running 6 - 8 hours a day and your filters are clean, then you should have no problems equipment-wise.
High phosphates in your water could cause problems; phosphate is food for algae, the more there is, the more food algae has to grow. Make sure your pool service measures phosphates and acts to get rid of it. There are many pool services out there that rely on using chlorine only to shock pools to remove the algae. Shocking a pool will remove the algae, but it will NOT remove the phosphates. Shocking the pool water will kill the algae, which then release more phosphates back into the water, causing more algae blooms. After shocking, a phosphate killer should be used to prevent future problems.
If chlorine levels are correctly maintained, and your pool water still turns green, it will be the Stabilizer that is causing the problems. Stabilizer or cyanuric acid is added to swimming pools to stop the UV rays from burning off chlorine added to the water. The Stabilizer binds with chlorine and protects it from the sun's rays. Too much Stabilizer can have a negative effect and will make the chlorine useless. Once this happens, you will find that your pool will need more chlorine than usual to keep the algae away. It will be an ongoing cycle, with more and more chlorine required to correct the problem.

Poor maintenance can result in problems, incorrect chemical levels, not having your filter cleaned regularly and thoroughly, can eventually lead to more technical issues.
We understand that incorrect maintenance can cause many problems. That is why we feel that a weekly pool service is an excellent investment.
